Planning Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise planning activities for departments, divisions, or major projects. Prepare proposals and site development plans that comply with local and national regulations. Serve as liaison among developers, community members, government bodies, and businesses. Manage rezoning applications, site plans, special-use permits, and related documentation. Collect, analyze, and report statistical data on demographics, land use, and occupancy. Management of On-line Regulatory Compliance System: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the company (such as Production, Marketing & Sales, HR, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure timely submission of compliance status as per applicable laws and regulations. Ensure alignment across the business on Compliance and contribute to identification and mitigation of potential compliance risks. Required Qualification: A full-time, regular degree in Law (LL. B) or equivalent from UGC/ AICTE approved university/ college. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of compliance requirements specific to automotive or large manufacturing enterprise, covering Employment & Labour, Environment, Health & Safety, Power & Electricity, IT & Data Privacy etc. Ability to interpret legislations/ legal documents and determine applicability to the Company/ Business Unit/ Office. First hand experience in design, review/ update of Compliance Policies is a plus. Hands-on experience with online compliance management tools and MS Excel. Experience in Power BI is a plus. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint for effective report creation and presentation to Management.
